As you go through Olympus colliseum in cups and rounds you gain 300 experience from every heartless, you grow a level every 1000 experience until lvl 25 which it is then 2000 experience then at 50 it is 3500 experience and at level 75 it is 5000 experience.
As you progress through and destroy the heartless which only one can attack per heartless/nobody turn not everyone. At the end of all rounds which can range from 1-15 rounds.
