They entered and there was a red skinned woman and a dark skinned man sitting at the controls.

Cade is going to give Cloud to someone who has a bounty on his head.
And just so you know, Cade comes from a period in Star Wars 125 years after episode 6...He met Luke as a Holocron, seeing as he has been dead for a long time. Luke is his great great grandfather...possible great great great grandfather. Cade is the last skywalker alive, and both the Sith and Imperial Empire are searching for Cade.
